*Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

*Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may also result in a $75 no-show fee.

*Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

*Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at our sole discretion.
